Refund policy

Thank you for ordering at our online shop! If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, there is possibility to return your order within 14 days after the delivery date. 

On Sale items cannot be returned.
Returns outside of Europe are not accepted.

The item(s) that you choose to return can be refunded.
Note that shipping fees are not refundable, and you cover the cost of the return.

A few criteria to keep in mind during the return process:
- Make sure that the item(s) is/are still in perfect condition: no defects, no stains, unwashed and unworn. 
- Make sure that the item(s) is/are packed in a waterproof bag or box with tape.
- Please keep a proof of the dispatch (tracking number). In case the shipment is lost, there is still proof that the return has been shipped.

Once we have received the package, it can take 3 to 10 business days for your return to be processed.
